The Best Black Bean Burgers
  1. Mash black beans in a large bowl with a fork until thick and pasty.

  2. Add green bell pepper, onion, garlic, egg, chili powder, cumin, hot sauce, bread crumbs, salt, and pepper to the mashed beans. Mix until well combined.

  3. Divide the mixture into 4 patties.
