Sauté 2 onions until browned
Dice 900g chicken breast
In slow cooker, combine diced chicken, browned onions, 30g tomato paste, 30g garlic paste, 15g ginger paste, 30g butter, 400g blended fire-roasted tomatoes, and 15g sugar
Add spice blend: 2 Tbsp paprika, 1 Tbsp chili powder, 1 Tbsp spicy curry powder, 2 tsp cumin, 1 Tbsp salt, and dash of black pepper
Cook on High for 2-3 hours OR on Low for 3-4 hours
Cook 672g shell pasta to 50% of box time
Mix 400g Greek yogurt and 120g cream cheese together
Combine cooked pasta with slow cooker chicken mixture
Stir in yogurt and cream cheese mixture with 1 cup pasta water
Add 227g extra sharp cheddar and 80g reduced fat mozzarella
Sprinkle with 1 tsp garam masala
Garnish with chopped cilantro and green onions
Divide into 10 servings for meal prep
