Cranberry, Bacon & Brie Christmas Trees
  1. Cook the bacon until crisp, then dry on paper towels and leave to cool to room temperature. Finely dice the cooled bacon.

  2. In a large shallow dish, combine the bacon, cranberries and chives. In another dish, add the honey.

  3. Slice the brie into 6 even wedges. Flip each wedge on its side and slice down the centre to create 12 thinner wedges. Snap the pretzel sticks and poke them through the longest side to create the tree's trunk.

  4. One by one, dunk the brie wedges cut-side down into the honey to cover the sides, then into the bacon mixture. Press the mixture into the brie to ensure the whole side is covered.

  5. Repeat with remaining wedges, then serve and enjoy.
