Single-serving Protein Waffles
  1. Start heating up the waffle iron and spray with oil.

  2. Add all ingredients in a bowl and whisk to combine until smooth.

  3. Pour into the iron and cook per machine instructions.

  4. Top with your fave fruit (try microwaving blueberries to turn into a sort of jam) syrup, sauces or nut/seed butters. YUM!
