  1. Preheat oven to 325°F (165°C).

  2. In a large bowl, combine the rolled oats, chopped almonds, chopped cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and shredded coconut.

  3. In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup, almond butter, and vanilla extract over medium heat, stirring constantly, until well combined.

  4. Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.

  5. Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper and press the mixture firmly into the pan.

  6. Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until the edges are lightly golden.

  7. Allow the bars to cool completely in the pan before cutting into squares.
