Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Creamy Alfredo Rigatoni
  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook rigatoni until al dente

  2. Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside

  3. In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter

  4. Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds without browning

  5. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer

  6. Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth and creamy

  7. Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes

  8. Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed

  9. Keep warm on low heat

  10. Pat steak dry with paper towels

  11. Season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika

  12. Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet on high heat

  13. Add steak in a single layer and sear 1–2 minutes per side

  14. Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce

  15. Toss steak bites in the garlic butter for 1 minute

  16. Serve steak bites over Alfredo rigatoni
