Reserve ½ cup pasta water, drain, and set aside
In a large skillet over medium heat, melt 2 Tbsp butter
Add garlic and sauté 30 seconds without browning
Stir in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer
Add Parmesan and whisk until smooth and creamy
Season with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes
Add cooked rigatoni and toss to coat, adding pasta water if needed
Keep warm on low heat
Pat steak dry with paper towels
Season generously with salt, pepper, and smoked paprika
Heat olive oil in a cast-iron skillet on high heat
Add steak in a single layer and sear 1–2 minutes per side
Reduce heat to medium and add butter, garlic, and Worcestershire sauce
Toss steak bites in the garlic butter for 1 minute
Serve steak bites over Alfredo rigatoni
