Homemade Pumpkin Spice Ice Cream
  1. Add all of the ingredients to a high speed blender and blender until smooth and creamy. taste the mixture and add more sweetener or spices if desired (adding cinnamon is delicious!).

  2. Pour the ice cream mixture into a loaf pan and place in the freezer until frozen, or overnight.

  3. Once frozen, scoop and serve! you'll want to let the ice cream sit out and soften for about 5-10 minutes before scooping. store leftovers in the freezer.
