Cold Noodle Soup
  1. Blend together all broth ingridients and chil

  2. Boil noodles, and rinse with cool water. Boil egg and put in ice bath

  3. Shred, peel, and chop veggies to garnish. Use ⅓ of the broth for a bowl of soup.

  4. Add chili oil and chickpeas for a nextra boost of protein
