Bacon And Cheese Crustless Quiche
  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or baking pan with cooking spray or butter.

  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove from the pan, drain on paper towels, and crumble into small pieces. Set aside.

  3. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, heavy cream, salt, pepper, and garlic powder (if using) until smooth and well combined.

  4. Spread the crumbled bacon evenly across the bottom of the prepared pie dish. Sprinkle the shredded cheese over the bacon. If using diced onions or bell peppers, scatter them over the cheese. Pour the egg mixture evenly over the toppings, ensuring everything is submerged.

  5. Place the pie dish in the preheated oven and bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the quiche is set in the center and golden brown on top. To check doneness, insert a knife into the center—it should come out clean.

  6. Let the quiche cool for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired. Serve warm with hot sauce or sour cream on the side.
