Chop up 2 chicken breasts about 1”.
Coat chicken in batter (2 eggs w/ pepper and salt in 1 bowl, ½ cup corn starch and ½ cup flour in 1 bowl).
Fry up the chicken in hot oil until golden brown.
Let rest on paper towels, don’t coat chicken until ready to serve.
Coat chicken in sesame sauce, garnish with sesame seeds and green onions.
