Turn on your air fryer and set to 170 degrees Celsius
Beat your eggs with the spring onions, cottage cheese, grated cheese and salt
Nestle the pita into the air fryer basket (microwave for 30 seconds if needed to make it more pliable)
Top the pita with the egg and cheese mixture
Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds
Place the basket back into the air fryer for ten minutes
Remove and allow to cool for 5 minutes
Cut into pieces and add hot sauce, hot honey, or other condiments as desired
Serve and enjoy
