The basis of the recipe is oats, honey and oil.
You can add more nuts according to your preference and availability, not necessarily the exact amount of cashews to prepare it.
The important thing is to use all the ingredients raw, not roasted.
If available, use virgin olive oil, as it does not leave an odor after cooking, or coconut oil or argan oil, and if you can't find any of these, animal butter works great too.
The egg white, for those who don't like it or have an allergy, you can remove it and add ¼ cup of regular water instead, it will still make the granola crispy, but the egg white crunchiness will be more.
The seasoning is not important, gas or electric oven, the important thing is low heat to brown it well and make it crispy.
