Preheat oven to 190°.
Make the pancetta by whisking all seasoning ingredients together, then stir well to fully coat the tofu.
Add tofu to a baking sheet, and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping tofu halfway through baking.
Make the pasta sauce adding all ingredients together a blender and blending until smooth.
Boiled the pasta to your liking, then drain and mix with the sauce.
Stir over low to medium heat until slightly thickened.
Serve with the tofu pancetta and fresh basil and enjoy!
