First, warm the nonstick frying pan over medium heat and cook the ground beef until no longer pink.
Stir in the onions and mix until combined and completely softened. It will take around 5 minutes.
Stir in the taco seasoning and cook for 3-4 minutes.
Add shredded lettuce to a serving bowl and top with cucumber and tomato slices.
On the side, top with the ground beef mixture, and sprinkle some cheese for flavor and presentation.
