One Pan Bacon Ranch Cheddar Chicken Pasta
  1. To a large skillet add 12 ounces of chopped bacon. Cook at medium to low temperature. Once your bacon is about ¾ the way cooked through add 1 small diced yellow onion. Cook until bacon is crispy. Then remove the bacon from the pan leaving the bacon grease in the pan.

  2. Cut 1 ½ pounds of chicken into bite size cubes. Season well with about 1 - 1 ½ tablespoons of ranch seasoning and slap ya mama seasoning. Then add 2 tablespoons of corn starch. Mix until everything is coated well.

  3. Add the chicken to the bacon grease at medium to high heat. Cook 3 minutes then flip the chicken and cook another 3 minutes. Then toss around in the pan for about 30 seconds. Remove the chicken from the pan.

  4. Add 4 cups of low sodium chicken broth and 1 pound of pasta. Season again with the same seasonings. Cook on high for 8-10 minutes. Toss up everything couple of minutes while it’s boiling. Once the liquid is about absorbed you are going to lower the heat and add 1 cup of heavy cream. Mix and add about 2-3 cups of freshly shredded cheddar cheese. Mix until melted.

  5. Add your bacon and chicken back to the pan and mix.

  6. Enjoy!
