Taco Stuffed Peppers
  1. Slice bell peppers down the middle and remove membrane

  2. Place on baking sheet or pan

  3. Drizzle a little olive oil over them and bake at 400 for 15 minutes

  4. Load them with ground turkey browned with mild taco seasoning, onions and peppers

  5. Add cooked jasmine rice, cheddar cheese and jalapeños

  6. Bake an additional 10-15 minutes or until cheese is melted

  7. Top with cilantro and chipotle ranch
