Preheat oven to 220°C
Take cupcake tin, add ¼ vege oil in each cup
Put in oven for 10-15 mins until oil gets really, really hot
Beat eggs, flour, milk, and a pinch of salt & pepper until light & smooth
Refrigerate
Carefully remove from oven, then confidently pour the batter out evenly
Cook for 12-15 mins until golden & risen
