Chicken Oyakodon
  1. Simmer onion in dashi, soy sauce and mirin over medium heat.

  2. Add chicken, cover, and cook until done (5-7 min).

  3. Pour eggs over, cover, and cook until just set.

  4. Serve over rice, garnish with green onions with veggies of your choice.
