Garlic Parmesan Beef & Bowtie
  1. Cook the pasta and strain it, then return it to the pot and set aside.

  2. In a blender or food processor, blend the cottage cheese, shredded Parmesan, and ¼ cup of water or milk until smooth.

  3. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and cook the ground beef until no longer pink, breaking it up as it cooks.

  4. Add the tomatoes and cook for about 5 minutes, or until the tomatoes start to wilt.

  5. Add the garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, and oregano, and cook for 30 seconds.

  6. Add the minced garlic and cook for another 30 seconds.

  7. Reduce the heat to low and add the sauce, mixing everything together and simmering for 2-3 minutes.

  8. Pour the sauce over the cooked pasta and mix well.

  9. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

  10. Portion out the pasta and sauce into meal prep containers.
