Thai Peanut Chicken Stew
  1. In bowl, combine peanut sauce, coconut milk and brown sugar.

  2. Cut chicken into thirds; sprinkle with salt and pepper.

  3. In zip-top freezer bag, layer next 4 ingredients, chicken and sauce mixture.

  4. Seal and freeze flat.

  5. Thaw freezer bag in fridge overnight before desired cooking date.

  6. Transfer contents to slow cooker.

  7. Cover; cook on low until chicken is tender, about 8 hrs.
