Add to blender: Eggs, Cream cheese, Gelatin, Water/milk, Salt (if using)
Blend until completely smooth. Batter should be thin and pourable like classic crepe batter.
Heat non-stick skillet on medium-low. Lightly grease with butter or tallow.
Pour ¼ cup batter into pan. Quickly swirl pan to spread thin.
Cook 30–45 seconds until set. Flip gently and cook 15–20 seconds.
Remove and stack on plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
