Carnivore Crepes (soft & Rollable)
  1. Add to blender: Eggs, Cream cheese, Gelatin, Water/milk, Salt (if using)

  2. Blend until completely smooth. Batter should be thin and pourable like classic crepe batter.

  3. Heat non-stick skillet on medium-low. Lightly grease with butter or tallow.

  4. Pour ¼ cup batter into pan. Quickly swirl pan to spread thin.

  5. Cook 30–45 seconds until set. Flip gently and cook 15–20 seconds.

  6. Remove and stack on plate. Repeat with remaining batter.
