Get a LARGE mixing bowl and add in your Ground Beef and Ground Pork.
Wash your hands & clean cookware used to get the raw meat into the mixing bowl.
If you have a food processor: add 2-3 Garlic cloves, a handful of Parsley, half an Onion, a glug of Olive Oil to help mix. Finely chop it with the processor and then add it to your mixing bowl.
If you don't have a food processor: just finely chop each of the above ingredients by hand and add them one at a time to your big mixing bowl.
Crack two Eggs into that bad boy and season with some Salt & Black Pepper (optionally you can add some hot chili flakes if you like a bit of heat).
Add about 1.5 cups of breadcrumbs to your mixing bowl and then mix it by hand until it's all nicely evenly mixed.
Roll meatballs in your hand to your desired meatball size and place them into a pan to cook.
Wash your hands real good and clean up your cookware/cooking surfaces.
Add another glug of olive oil to the pan and fry them over medium heat, moving them around from time to time to try and brown them on all sides.
Get another pan or pot of tomato sauce simmering.
