Three Ingredient Cottage Cheese Bagels
  1. Whip up 1 cup of cottage cheese

  2. Add 1 cup of all purpose flour and 2 teaspoons of baking powder

  3. Sprinkle a dash of salt and mix

  4. Bring the dough together with your hands

  5. Form the dough into a ball, cut into four parts

  6. Handle the dough as little as possible, just enough to get the shape

  7. Poke a hole through the dough and even it out

  8. Egg wash the top to make them perfectly golden

  9. Sprinkle everything but the bagel seasoning on top

  10. Bake at 375 for about 25 minutes
