Chop your sweet potatoes in small pieces and boil them for 20 minutes.
While you're doing that you can melt the chocolate, make sure this is going on the same pace so that your chocolate stays liquid.
Put it in a blender and later in your cake pan.
For the topping you melt the chocolate again and add a splash of almond milk, spread it on top and let it rest in the fridge for 2-3 hours.
