Place your cubed steak in a bowl and marinate with sesame oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder for 15 minutes.
Lube up your air fryer and add your steak in a single layer. Cook at 375°F (190°C) for 12 minutes.
While the steak cooks, melt butter in a pan, then add minced garlic and a pinch of salt. Cook for 30 seconds before stirring in parsley and removing from the heat.
Place your cooked steak in a mixing bowl, pour over your garlic butter, and toss until every piece is coated.
Serve your steak bites over a fresh bowl of rice. You can optionally add cucumbers, brush on extra garlic butter, and garnish with parsley and parmesan.
