Bacon Corn Chowder
  1. In a large saucepan, fry bacon with onion

  2. Add celery and sauté 2 mor minutes.

  3. Stir in cream style corn, milk and thyme.

  4. Season to taste with salt and pepper.

  5. Add potatoes.

  6. Heat, stirring occasionally until chowder starts to bubble.

  7. Garnish with bacon curls and chopped parsley.
