Roll out dough on a lightly floured surface. Sprinkle cheddar evenly.
Spread beef over cheddar, leaving a border. Add mozzarella on top.
Roll the dough tightly into a log, sealing edges.
Melt butter and brush generously over the rolled dough.
Place on a sheet and bake until golden brown and bubbly.
Cut into portions and serve hot.
