  1. Place halved baby potatoes in an even layer at the bottom of the crockpot.

  2. Season chicken breasts with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning; place them over the potatoes.

  3. Whisk chicken broth, heavy cream, Parmesan, and garlic in a bowl until smooth.

  4. Pour the mixture over the chicken and potatoes.
