Chinese Lasagna (open-faced Soup Dumpling Bowl)
  1. Mix together ground pork, sliced green onion, chicken bouillon, brown sugar, cooking wine, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, water, and oyster sauce

  2. Layer the mixture in a mini casserole dish: start with ground pork mixture

  3. Add a layer of napa cabbage

  4. Add a double layer of wonton wrappers

  5. Repeat layering as desired

  6. Pour ⅓ cup of water (or more for additional broth) over the layers

  7. Top with another layer of wonton wrappers

  8. Steam and boil for 20 minutes

  9. Top with garlic chili crunch and serve while hot
