Preheat oven to 180°C and line a baking tray with baking paper
In a large bowl add together your flour, cheese and Greek yoghurt and mix with your hands until you have a dough, if it's a little sticky add more flour
Roll out onto a floured surface to about 1cm thickness and using a cutter, cut into 6
Place onto your prepared baking tray, top with a little extra cheese and bake for 18-22 minutes until cooked and golden
