Mix the water with the tomato sauce. Blend if your tomato sauce is chunky
Sauté the garlic and chilli flakes in the olive oil over medium heat for 2-3 minutes. Add in the dried pasta and allow it to toast for 3-4 more minutes
Begin to ladle in the tomato stock, enough to cover the pasta, allow it to reduce and toast and char slightly
Ladle in more tomato stock whenever the sauce is almost dry. Repeat until the pasta is softened and cooked through
Season with salt and finish with bursts if desired
