Persimmon Cabbage Salad
  1. In a large bowl add red wine vinegar, maple syrup, oil, salt and pepper

  2. Mix until well combined

  3. Add persimmons, red cabbage, pomegranate, pecans and kale

  4. Toss until well combined

  5. Transfer to a serving bowl and top off with crumbled feta

  6. Serve and devour
