Balsamic Chicken & Veggies
  1. Preheat the oven to 400° F.

  2. Put all cut veggies and chicken strips on sheet pan.

  3. Mix the rest of the ingredients in a bowl.

  4. Pour over veggies/chicken.

  5. Toss everything together until evenly coated.

  6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until the vegetables are soft and chicken is cooked through.

  7. Serve with rice, quinoa, or pasta.

  8. Top with Parmesan cheese (optional)
