Healthy Snack Prep
  1. Combine Greek yogurt and raw honey until combined. Smooth the yogurt onto a parchment paper lined baking sheet. Top with your favorite berries. Freeze for 3 hours, then break into chunks.

  2. Combine all ingredients into a bowl and mix. Press into a parchment paper lined pan, and set in the freezer for an hour to set. Cut into squares or bars.

  3. Place a slice of banana on the bottom of a silicone or lined muffin pan. Combine peanut butter and honey, then pour over banana until just covered. You can sprinkle a little dark chocolate or nuts on top. Place in freezer for 2-4 hours until set.
