Strawberry Goat Cheese Salad With Pecans
  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-low heat. Add the pecans and sugar and cook for 7 minutes, until toasted.

  2. Stir in the salt and pepper and remove from heat. Set aside to cool.

  3. Place the spring mix, strawberries, red onion, and goat cheese in a large bowl.

  4. Toss with the dressing and top with pecans. Serve immediately.
