Mix together 1 cup fat free greek yogurt, 1 cup flour, 1 & ½ tsp baking powder, ½ tsp salt, and 1 tbsp minced garlic
Fold in 1 cup light mozzarella cheese
Cook the naan in a skillet or on a griddle until golden brown
Mix together 2 tbsp melted light butter, 1 tbsp chopped parsley, 1 tsp minced garlic, and ⅛ tsp salt to make garlic butter
Brush the garlic butter mixture over the cooked naan
Serve as a wrap or with soups, curries, stews, or as a dip
