Egg & Chilli Crisp Bagel
  1. Add chilli crisp to the pan

  2. Add 2 beaten eggs to the pan

  3. Place bagels face down in the pan with the eggs

  4. Add spring onions to the pan

  5. Cook until the egg is cooked through

  6. Flip the bagels over

  7. Top one half with tomato and feta

  8. Top the other half with green leaves

  9. Fold the bagel together and serve
