Wash and slice ribs into individual pieces.
Boil with soy sauce, garlic, onion, bay leaves, and peppercorns for 30–45 minutes.
Mix flour, cornstarch, salt, and paprika in one bowl; beat eggs in another.
Dip ribs in egg, coat with flour mixture.
Deep fry in hot oil until golden and crisp.
Drain excess oil and serve hot.
