  1. Mix lean ground chicken (or food processed chicken breast) spices listed above

  2. Form into 6-6oz patties

  3. Blend corn flakes and coat each patty

  4. Place on baking tray & spray with light olive oil

  5. Bake 400f for 14-16 minutes

  6. Place on low cal burger bun with 1tbsp light mayo & lettuce
