Black Pepper Chicken Meal Prep
  1. Prepare ingredients by mincing garlic, dicing onion and peppers, slicing spring onion, and chopping fresh chilli

  2. Cook uncooked rice according to package instructions

  3. Heat sesame oil in a wok or large pan over high heat

  4. Add chicken thigh fillets and cook until browned

  5. Add garlic, onion, and fresh chilli, stir-fry until fragrant

  6. Add red and green peppers, continue stir-frying

  7. Pour in chicken stock, oyster sauce, dark soy sauce, rice vinegar, and honey

  8. Season generously with ground black pepper

  9. Simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens

  10. Garnish with spring onion

  11. Serve over cooked rice

  12. Divide into 3 portions for meal prep
