Watermelon Fruit Salad
  1. Warm the pistachios, honey, dark brown sugar, lime zest and lime juice together in a small saucepan over medium heat for 2–3 minutes, until the sugar melts and the syrup becomes glossy and fragrant.

  2. Toss the watermelon and cantaloupe cubes or balls with the warm syrup (pistachios and all).

  3. Serve the salad chilled or right away.
