Pie Crust Recipe
  1. Pulse flour, sugar, salt, and cold butter in a food processor until it looks like wet sand.

  2. Add ice-cold vodka (or water) a tbsp at a time until dough forms.

  3. Divide dough into two and shape into discs.

  4. For easy clean up and no broken craggy dough, immediately roll your discs into a circle between two sheets of parchment paper before placing into your pie dish / shaping.

  5. Let pie sit in the fridge for 30 min to set before baking. (when making ahead of time just make sure to wrap it up tight!)
