That Good Peanut Butter Cornflake Candy, A.k.a. Aunt Altha’s Candy
  1. Cook sugar, corn syrup and salt over medium heat until the sugar dissolves.

  2. Add peanut butter and stir to blend.

  3. Pour over corn flakes in a large bowl and stir to coat.

  4. Press mixture into a buttered 10 x 15 inch jelly roll pan with buttered hands.

  5. Let cool.

  6. Cut into squares and store in an airtight container.
