Air Fryer Moong Dal Namkeen
  1. Wash and rinse your moong dal and soak it at least for 4-5 hours.

  2. Drain the water and boil it in a pan for 5 minutes.

  3. Strain the water and keep it for 4-5 minutes until all excess water drained out.

  4. In an air fryer silicon basket, spread it gently and drizzle ghee on it.

  5. Air fry it for 10-12 minutes on 180°C.

  6. Add salt and let it cool for another 2-3 minutes.

  7. Store in an airtight container.
