Wash and rinse your moong dal and soak it at least for 4-5 hours.
Drain the water and boil it in a pan for 5 minutes.
Strain the water and keep it for 4-5 minutes until all excess water drained out.
In an air fryer silicon basket, spread it gently and drizzle ghee on it.
Air fry it for 10-12 minutes on 180°C.
Add salt and let it cool for another 2-3 minutes.
Store in an airtight container.
