Instructions:
Rinse the chicken wings.
Boil the water with salt and add the chicken wings in a large pot.
Remove the foam at the top of the pot after 15 minutes.
While waiting for the boiling pot, peel and cut all of the veggies into big pieces.
Add the veggies into the boiling water.
Let everything boil for 40 minutes (or until the veggies are soft).
Add the jar of tomato pulp to the pot.
Boil for 10 more minutes.
Remove the veggies from the soup.
Add a bit if cold water to the pot to stop the boiling.
Dumplings instructions:
In a bowl, whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.
Slowly add the farina into the mixture.
Wet a table spoon and soup up a spoonful of the mixture and slowly add it into the pot. (Ensure the boiling has stopped).
Continue until all of the mixture is finished and the dumplings are made.
Add a bit of cold water to the pot and close the lid.
Once the dumplings are done, add the parsley.
