One-pot Chinese Sausage Rice
  1. Cut all ingredients

  2. 4 Chinese sausage sliced - 5 shiitake mushrooms diced - 4 inches carrots diced - 4 green onions

  3. Mix all the sauce ingredients

  4. 3 soy sauce tbsp - 1 dark soy sauce tbsp - 1 rice vinegar tbsp - 2 cane sugar tbsp - 1 sesame oil tsp - 1 chicken powder / chicken bouillon / msg tsp - 3 garlic grated - ½ inch ginger grated

  5. Wash and prepare your rice

  6. 2 cups of rice (any type of rice)

  7. Throw in all the cut ingredients on top of the rice

  8. 4 Chinese sausage sliced - 5 shiitake mushrooms diced - 4 inches carrots diced - 4 green onions - ½ cup of corn - 3 garlic grated - ½ inch ginger grated

  9. Pour the sauce on top of the ingredients

  10. 3 soy sauce tbsp - 1 dark soy sauce tbsp - 1 rice vinegar tbsp - 2 cane sugar tbsp - 1 sesame oil tsp - 1 chicken powder / chicken bouillon / msg tsp

  11. Start your rice cooker on rice setting for whichever type of rice you are using
