Cut all ingredients
4 Chinese sausage sliced - 5 shiitake mushrooms diced - 4 inches carrots diced - 4 green onions
Mix all the sauce ingredients
3 soy sauce tbsp - 1 dark soy sauce tbsp - 1 rice vinegar tbsp - 2 cane sugar tbsp - 1 sesame oil tsp - 1 chicken powder / chicken bouillon / msg tsp - 3 garlic grated - ½ inch ginger grated
Wash and prepare your rice
2 cups of rice (any type of rice)
Throw in all the cut ingredients on top of the rice

Pour the sauce on top of the ingredients

Start your rice cooker on rice setting for whichever type of rice you are using
