Melt the butter and combine with sweetened condensed milk and vanilla extract until well blended.
Add the graham crumbs, coconut, and chocolate chips. Mix thoroughly until everything is well incorporated.
Refrigerate the mixture for about an hour, or until firm enough to handle.
Roll mixture into 1 ¼-inch balls (make them small they’re rich!).
Roll each ball in additional graham crumbs to coat.
Chill again until set and store in a sealed container in the refrigerator. Serve cold.
