Bring 4 cups of water to a boil.
Remove from heat & steep 8 teabags for 20 minutes.
Add 1 tsp baking soda & stir well.
Decant this mixture between two pitchers a MINIMUM of 8 times.
Once decanted, add sugar & stir until fully dissolved.
Add honey & lemon juice, mix until fully combined.
This is your concentrate - use 1 cup concentrate to every 4 cups water.
