Step 1: Measure out ingredients. In a large bowl, mix the flour, yeast and salt.
Step 2: Mix dough. Add the water to the dry ingredients. Mix together with a Danish whisk or wooden spoon. If the mixture is very dry, slowly add a teaspoon at a time of water.
Step 3: Rest dough. Cover the bowl with a damp tea towel and place in a warm place in your kitchen to rest for 2.5 to 3 hours.
Step 4: Pre-head oven. Pre-heat your oven to 220 degrees celcius once your dough is near ready.
Step 5: Bake bread. Rip out a sheet of baking paper onto your bench. Tip out your dough onto the baking paper and shape how you like for baking.
Step 6: Remove lid. Use gloves to take your casserole dish out of oven and place your bread and baking paper inside.
Step 7: Remove from oven and rest. Once your bread has a nice crusty looking top take out of the oven. Allow bread to rest for approx. 45 minutes before cutting.
