Mix 500g 0% fat yogurt with 4tbsp hot sauce, paprika, garlic, salt and pepper
Coat 1.5kg chicken pieces in the yogurt and hot sauce mixture
Crush 250g cornflakes and coat the marinated chicken pieces
Bake or air fry until cooked through
For blue cheese sauce: combine 200g yogurt, 30g blue cheese, ½ squeeze lemon, 1tsp garlic, salt and pepper
Serve chicken tenders with blue cheese sauce
